You know there’s good backstory here.
From the Drake campus security report, 3/8/10:
3:06 a.m. March 6
The wife of a 31 year old male student called the security office and reported he had not shown up at his residence and that was not like him.
At 6:07 a.m. the mother-in-law called and stated they were looking for him. The student’s vehicle could not be found in any Drake parking lots or adjacent streets.
A security officer then found the vehicle in a Drake parking lot at 9:00 a.m. CCTV was checked and it was determined the vehicle drove into the lot at 8:21 a.m. and the male subject walked to the library. The subject was found in the library.
His wife had just arrived and observed his vehicle in the lot and then went to the library where they were united. However, they began to argue on the way back to the vehicle. The wife threw a bottle at him and then a text book. The wife left in her vehicle and kept the keys to his vehicle. He then walked away.
